Yes, all candidates for skilled and semi-skilled trade positions undergo a practical trade test at an accredited testing facility before being presented to employers. Employers may optionally send their technical representatives to witness testing in person.
Typical total timelines range from 6 to 12 weeks depending on destination country visa processing speed. UAE and Qatar typically process faster than some other destinations. We provide a project-specific timeline estimate after reviewing your demand letter.
Compliance & Documentation
Yes. We hold a valid OEP licence issued by the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment (BEOE), Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Government of Pakistan. Our licence number is available upon request and on this website.
We manage passport validity checks, GAMCA medical fitness testing, employment contract preparation and attestation, BEOE emigration clearance, educational certificate attestation (HEC/MOFA), and visa stamping coordination. All documentation is tracked and reported to the employer.
GAMCA (Gulf Approved Medical Centres Association) is the approved medical testing network for workers bound for GCC countries. All workers must pass a GAMCA fitness examination confirming they are free from infectious diseases and physically fit for work. A GAMCA fitness certificate is required for employment visa issuance in all GCC states.
Costs & Terms
No. We do not charge workers placement fees for overseas employment. This is a core ethical commitment. Workers who carry debt from recruitment fees tend to have higher absenteeism and attrition rates — employer partners benefit directly from this policy.
If a worker is found to have misrepresented their skills or is unable to perform the role as specified within the agreed probationary period, we will source and deploy a suitable replacement. Specific replacement terms and applicable conditions are defined in the service agreement.
